GMB Consulting on green loan financing transaction for € 140 million Mont Blanc Project of Israeli company Solegreen Ltd

GMB Consulting provided Solegreen Ltd on green loan of solar portfolio financing located across different Italian regions for a total amount of over €140 million.

This financing involved 30 plants, located across different Italian regions, and ovr 20 companies with an installed capacity of over 30 MW as part of the solar portfolio and a financing with a total value of € 140 million. The refinancing involved UniCredit S.p.A., Société Générale, and ING banks.

GMB Consulting, with the team coordinated by Gian Marco Bardelli, Emanuela Bolla and Matteo Gambini, managed the prepayment process of the loan contracts and coordinated all hedging financial issues.

For the financing transaction Solegreen was assisted by Ashurst, on the legal due diligence, ValeCap, as financial advisor, Roedl, on the legal, fiscal, and corporate due diligence, and DLA Piper on fiscal and legal aspects.
